摘要
目的探讨优质护理理念在儿童急性白血病(AL)护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月～2018年9月我院收治的80例AL患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成对照组和试验组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规护理模式护理,试验组则在优质护理理念的指导下进行优质护理干预。比较两组的并发症情况,分析两组干预前后抑郁及焦虑情绪评分改善情况,并采用调查问卷比较两组家属护理总满意度。结果试验组的并发症总发生率为7.50%,明显低于对照组的27.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组的抑郁自量表(SDS)、焦虑自评表(SAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,两组的SDS及SAS评分均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且试验组的SDS及SAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组家属护理总满意度为95.00%,明显高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿童AL应用优质护理理念护理干预,能提高临床护理质量,减少治疗期间的并发症发生,缓解患儿的负面情绪,提高患儿家属对护理工作的满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing concept in children with acute leukemia (AL). Methods From January 2017 to September 2018, 80 children with AL in our hospital were selected as the subject of this study. They were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to random number table method, 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing mode, and the children in the experimental group were treated with the high-quality nursing intervention under the guidance of the concept of high quality nursing. The complications of the two groups were compared, the improvement of depression and anxiety scores before and after intervention in the two groups were analyzed, and the satisfaction of the family members of the two groups in nursing work was compared by questionnaire. Results The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was 7.50%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (27.50%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before intervention, there was no significant difference in self-depression scale (SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score between the two groups (P>0.05). After intervention, the SDS and SAS score of the two groups decreased significantly (P<0.05), the SDS and SAS scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total satisfaction degree of family members in the experimental group was 95.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (75.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of high quality nursing concept in nursing care of children with AL can improve the quality of clinical nursing care, reduce the complications during the treatment, relieve the children′s negative emotions, and improve the satisfaction of the family members of the children with nursing work, which has high clinical application value.
