南宁两座老旧水厂改造工程设计 被引量:3

摘要 许多老旧水厂工艺较为落后,但仍需服役。为寻求此类水厂的生产线升级改造措施,文中以广西南宁市两座工艺接近的水厂为例,介绍了将采用以浸没式超滤膜为核心的处理工艺的改造方案,并考虑近远期相结合的改造模式。近期先进行回转絮凝池改造、沉淀池设备调整和加氯系统改造等工程;区域内其他水厂建设完成,老旧水厂具备停水条件后,远期再完成折板絮凝池的替换、虹吸滤池转换为浸没式超滤膜系统,以及超滤膜系统配套加药设施的建设等工作。改造措施的实施保证老旧水厂符合现代化水厂的标准。 Many old water plants are outdated but still in service.To find the reform of production lines in old waterworks which still need to be in service but have relatively backward processes,two waterworks are taked as examples,with similar process in Nanning,Guangxi Province.Core of the treatment process is submerged UF membrane.Plan combines short-term and long-term projects is adopted.Recently,adjustment of rotary flocculation tank,equipment of sedimentation tank and chlorination system will be carried.After other waterworks in the area are constructed and old waterworks meet the water cut-off conditions,the replacement of folded-plate flocculation tank,the conversion of siphon filter to submerged UF membrane system,and the construction of dosing facilities for UF membrane will be completed in the long term.
