摘要
絮凝效果的影响因素有絮凝剂种类、投加量、水力条件、水温、原水的性质等,但在自来水厂实际生产中各种因素的影响大小存在很大的差别,并且在一个确切的工艺中也不是每一项因素都可以调节。本文分析几种对自来水厂生产中絮凝剂投加量影响大,并且可以调节的因素,以提高生产技术水平,减少絮凝剂药耗成本。
The factors of affecting flocculation is including kinds of flocculant, dosage, water temperature, hydraulic conditions, properties of raw water, actually there is a big difference, in a variety of factors, that affects tap water production, and in a specific process it is not each of these factors that can be controlled. This paper analyzes several factors that influence the dosage of flocculant in Waterworks production, and can control the factors, so as to improve the production technology level and reduce the cost of floceulant consumption.
