摘要
为解决长距离综采工作面泵站供液的难题,以大宁煤矿204综采工作面为研究对象,针对长距离工作面在供液过程中出现的供液压力不足、流量小、供液动能损失程度大的现状,提出将乳化泵站、喷雾泵站从胶带顺槽移动设备列车中解放出来,通过配置高压输送管道,利用高压动力系统将乳化液流体、喷雾以高压、高速运动的方式输送至回采工作面,在满足支架液压系统、喷雾装置末端压力承受的极限范围内,实现综采工作面的超长距离供液,实践表明,该技术能够有效降低定期迁移设备列车时的劳动强度与安全隐患,提高支护系统和液压系统的安全性能,提高矿井生产的安全性和效率。
In order to solve the problem of liquid supply in the pumping station of ultra-long-distance fully mechanized caving face,the 204 working face of Hulonggou was taken as the research object,and the problem of insufficient liquid supply pressure,small flow,and liquid supply in the process of long-distance working face In the current situation of large hydraulic energy loss,it is proposed to liberate the emulsification pump station and spray pump station from the moving equipment train along the groove of the belt.By configuring high pressure transmission pipelines,the high pressure power system is used to move the emulsion fluid and spray at high pressure and high speed.It can be transported to the working face in a way that meets the limits of the end pressure of the support hydraulic system and the spray device,and realizes the ultra-long-distance liquid supply of the fully mechanized mining face.Practice shows that this technology can effectively reduce the labor when the equipment is moved regularly.Strength and safety hazards,improve the safety performance of the support system and hydraulic system,and improve the safety and efficiency of mine production.
