煤矿井下综采工作面远距离供液系统设计与应用

摘要 煤矿井下采煤工作面乳化液泵站为工作面液压支架提供液压动力,是整个综采工作面支架液压系统的关键,传统的供液技术存在供液设备搬移频繁、占用巷道空间、供液质量差等问题。随着煤矿智能化的发展,大采高、长距离高产工作面成为主要发展趋势,需要一种高效、集中的远距离集成供液技术,煤矿综采工作面集成供液系统提升了供液质量、优化了巷道布置,保证了工作面液压支架的可靠运行。 The emulsion pump station of the coal mining face provides hydraulic power for the hydraulic support of the face,which is the key of the hydraulic system of the whole fully mechanized face.The traditional liquid-supply technology has many problems,such as frequently moving the liquid-supply equipment,occupying the roadway section space and poor liquid-supply quality,etc.With the development of intelligent coal mine,large mining height and long-distance high-yield working face have become the main development trend,which needs a high-efficient and centralized long-distance integrated liquid supply technology.The integrated liquid supply system in fully mechanized coal face improves the quality of liquid supply.It optimizes the layout of roadway and ensures the reliable operation of hydraulic support in coal face.
