摘要
目的探讨c-Jun氨基末端激酶(JNK)在宫颈癌中的表达及与人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的关系。方法选取2017年12月至2020年10月间安康市人民医院收治的182例HPV感染患者纳入HPV感染组,同期选择182例健康体检女性作为对照组。检测两组血清JNK、鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCCA)和糖链抗原125(CA125)含量。比较宫颈癌的发生情况并进行相关性和影响因素分析。结果HPV感染组的血清SCCA和CA125含量均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。HPV感染组的血清JNK表达水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在HPV感染组中,Pearson相关分析显示SCCA、CA125和JNK表达与宫颈癌的发生存在相关性,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示SCCA、CA125和miR-155都是宫颈癌发生的主要影响因素,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论HPV感染患者多伴随有血清JNK高表达,JNK与宫颈癌肿瘤标志物也具有相关性,是影响宫颈癌发生的重要影响因素。
Objective To investigate the expression of c-Jun N-terminal kinase(JNK)in cervical cancer and its relationship with human papilloma virus(HPV)infection.Methods From December 2017 to October 2020,182 patients with HPV infection who were admitted to Ankang People's Hospital and re-ceived treatment were selected as a HPV infection group,and 182 healthy women who received physical ex-amination at this hospital during the same period were selected as a control group.The serum levels of JNK,squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCA)and carbohydrate antigen(CA125)were detected in the two groups.The occurrence of cervical cancer was compared and the correlation and influencing factors were an-alyzed.Results The serum levels of SCCA and CA125 were higher in HPV infection group than in control group(all P<0.05).The expression level of serum JNK in HPV infection group was higher in HPV infec-tion group than that in control group(all P<0.05).Pearson correlation showed that the expression of SC-CA,CA125 and JNK were associated with the occurrence of cervical cancer in the HPV infection group(all P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that SCCA,CA125 and miR-155 were key factors influen-cing the occurrence of cervical cancer(all P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of serum JNK is high in patients with HPV infection,which is also associated with tumor markers for cervical cancer.It is an im-portant factor influencing the occurrence of cervical cancer.
