摘要
目的探讨腧穴针刺、艾灸对腹腔镜胃癌根治术后胃肠功能恢复的效果评价。方法选取2019年6月至2021年1月间中国医学科学院肿瘤医院胰胃外科收治的162例行腹腔镜胃癌根治术的患者,采用随机数表法分为针刺组、艾灸组和对照组,每组54例。对照组患者采用常规快速康复外科,针刺组患者采用常规快速康复外科及腧穴针刺,艾灸组患者采用常规快速康复外科及艾灸。回顾性分析三组患者术后排气时间、术后第3天疼痛评分与术后住院时间及术后恢复效果。结果针刺组患者平均术后住院时间为6.65d,平均排气时间为59.41h,艾灸组患者平均术后住院时间为5.74d,平均排气时间为59.09h。对照组平均术后住院时间为7.33d,平均排气时间为64.72h。针刺、艾灸组排气时间早于对照组,术后住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论腧穴针刺艾灸能够促进腹腔镜胃癌根治术后患者胃肠功能恢复,缩短住院时间,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion for the recovery of gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods A total of 162 patients undergoing radical laparoscopic g radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer were selected at Cancer Hos-pital,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences from June 2019 to January 2021.They were randomly assigned to three groups,with 54 patients in each group.The acupuncture group received conventional rapid recovery nursing and acupoint acupuncture.The moxibustion group received conventional rapid recovery nursing and acupoint moxibustion and the control group received conventional rapid recovery nursing.Time to postopera-tive exhaustion,pain score at 3 d after the treatment and length of postoperative hospital stay were retrospec-tively analyzed and postoperative recovery were compared.Results The average length of postoperative hospital stay and time to exhaustion was 6.65 d and 59.41 h,respectively in the acupuncture group,and 5.74 d and 59.09 h,respectively in the moxibustion group and 7.33 d and 64.72 h,respectively in the control group.The time to exhaustion and length of postoperative hospital stay were shorter in the acupunc-ture and moxibustion groups than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint acupuncture and moxibustion can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and shorten the length of hospital stay after laparoscopic radical resection for gastric cancer,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
