摘要
目的 探讨中医综合理疗技术在全胃切除术患者中的应用效果。方法 方便选取2020年10月—2022年9月期间菏泽市立医院收治的84例全胃切除术的胃癌患者,按照随机数表法分为研究组与对照组,各42例。对照组患者采取常规护理措施,研究组患者在对照组基础上应用中医综合理疗技术进行护理。对比两组护理效果。结果 干预后,两组社会文化、环境评分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组心理精神、生理评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度(97.62%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.480,P<0.05)。结论 中医综合理疗通过促进胃癌手术患者肠道功能恢复,可以增强其舒适度,保障生活质量,且提高了护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine integrated physiotherapy technology in patients undergoing total gastrectomy.Methods 84 gastric cancer patients undergoing total gastrectomy admitted to Heze Municipal Hospital from October 2020 to September 2022 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 42 patients in each group.The control group patients received routine nursing measures,while the study group patients received nursing care using traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy techniques on the basis of the control group.Compared the nursing effects between the two groups.Results After intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in social,cultural,and environmental scores between the two groups compared to the control group(P>0.05).The psychological,psychological,and physiological scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group(97.62%)was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.480,P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine integrated physiotherapy can enhance the comfort and quality of life of gastric cancer surgery patients by promoting the recovery of intestinal function,and improve nursing satisfaction.
