摘要
为了探讨短程硝化-厌氧氨氧化耦合工艺处理奶牛养殖废水可行性,试验采用短程硝化-厌氧氨氧化耦合工艺处理福建省某奶牛养殖场沼气池出水,测定处理过程中进出水中的化学需氧量(COD)、氨氮(NH^(+)_(4)-N)、亚硝酸盐氮(NO^(-)_(2)-N)、硝酸盐氮(NO^(-)_(3)-N)、总氮(TN)含量,计算TN去除率、NO^(-)_(2)-N/NH^(+)_(4)-N、NO^(-)_(2)-N累积率、ΔNO^(-)_(2)-N/ΔNH^(+)_(4)-N(NO^(-)_(2)-N和NH^(+)_(4)-N的去除量比值),分析废水处理效果和经济效益。结果表明:奶牛场废水处理中短程硝化-厌氧氨氧化耦合工艺运行稳定,COD、NH_(4)^(+)-N、TN在出水中的平均浓度分别为48,27,56 mg/L,平均去除率分别为94.3%、88.4%、85.5%,出水水质满足《畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》(二次征求意见稿)水质要求。短程硝化与厌氧氨氧化耦合工艺运行成本为2.02元/t,较其他处理工艺低。说明短程硝化-厌氧氨氧化耦合工艺处理实际奶牛养殖废水具有一定的可行性和参考价值。
In order to explore the feasibility of treating dairy farm breeding wastewater by the coupled process of partial nitrification-ANAMMOX, the coupling process of partial nitrification-ANAMMOX was used to treat wastewater from methane generating pit of a dairy farm in Fujian Province. The contents of COD, NH^(+)_(4)-N,NO^(-)_(2)-N, NO^(-)_(3)-N and TN in the treatment process were measured, and removal rate of TN, NO^(-)_(2)-N/NH^(+)_(4)-N, cumulative rate of NO^(-)_(2)-N, △NO^(-)_(2)-N/△NH^(+)_(4)-N(ratio of removal amount of NO^(-)_(2)-N and NH^(+)_(4)-N) were calculated, and the treatment effect and economic benefit were analyzed. The results showed that the partial nitrification-ANAMMOX technology could effectively treat dairy farm wastewater. The outlet concentration of COD, NH^(+)_(4)-N and TN was 48 mg/L、27 mg/L and 56 mg/L, respectively. Their average removal rates were 94.3%、88.4% and 85.5%, respectively. The water quality of the treated wastewater meets the water quality requirement of "Pollutant Discharge Standard of Livestock and Poultry Breeding Industry"(the second draft for soliciting opinions). In addition, the cost of the application of partial nitrification-ANAMMOX process is 2.02 yuan/t, which is lower than the operation cost of the traditional process. The results indicated that the partial nitrification-ANAMMOX process was economical and feasible for the treatment of dairy farm wastewater.
