摘要
在采用氧化沟回流污泥成功启动上向流厌氧氨氧化生物滤池的基础上,研究了常温、低基质条件下pH值和有机物对厌氧氨氧化反应器的影响。结果表明:pH值和有机物对厌氧氨氧化反应器的影响显著。在(20±1)℃下,厌氧氨氧化反应的最适pH值为6.7~8.5。当pH值<6.7或>8.5时,将导致游离氨(FA)和游离亚硝酸(FNA)的浓度分别高于8.93 mg/L和2.67×10-2mg/L,抑制厌氧氨氧化反应。进水COD浓度的短期快速提高对厌氧氨氧化反应影响不大,但当COD长期维持在60 mg/L以上时,厌氧氨氧化反应受到明显抑制。停止投加COD,经过一段时间的运行后,生物滤池的厌氧氨氧化能力可以恢复到初始状态,对TN的去除率达到80%以上。
A lab-scale up-flow Anammox bioreactor was started up using recycled sludge from oxi- dation ditch. The influence of pH value and organic substance on anaerobic ammonia oxidation (Anam- mox) reaction at normal temperature and low substrate concentration was investigated. The result showed that Anammox bioreactor was strongly influenced by pH value and organic substance load. At (20± 1)℃, the optimum pH value was 6.7 to 8.5. When the pH value was below 6.7 or above 8.5, the concentrations of FA and FNA exceeded 8.93 mg/L and 2.67×10-2 mg/L, respectively. Anammox reaction was inhibited. Anammox bioreactor was less impacted by the short-term changes of COD. But when COD concentration was above 60 mg/L for a long time, the Anammox reaction was severely inhibited. Anammox bioreactor would return to its original state after a period of operation when no COD was added. The removal rate of TN was restored to more than 80%.
