摘要
随着开发的进行,目的层内非均质性强、砂泥岩交互特征明显的储层所占比例逐渐增大。封隔器对这部分储层无法进行有效封隔,且常规压裂工艺无法充分改造该类储层。针对此类问题,优化了压裂液体系,采用连续混配的施工方式开展不动管柱水力喷砂射孔压裂工艺和复杂缝网压裂工艺现场试验。试验结果表明,采用Φ73.0 mm N80外加厚油管管柱结构、6×Φ6.3 mm和8×Φ5.5 mm喷嘴组合能够在保证压裂施工排量的前提下,顺利射孔并施工,平均测试产量达到15.8265×10^(4)m^(3)/d。复杂缝网压裂施工排量8 m^(3)/min,加砂量120 m^(3),是类似物性储层常规压裂加砂量的2倍多。裂缝监测显示,复杂缝网压裂改造体积远大于常规压裂改造体积,测试产量提高57.6%~130.2%。连续混配工艺减小了备液时间、降低了压裂液损耗,提高了施工效率,保证了这两种大液量、大砂量施工工艺的顺利进行。
As the development progresses,the percentage of reservoir with strong heterogeneity and strong sand-mud interaction is gradually increased.The packer cannot perform effective containment to such reservoirs and conventional fracturing techniques cannot fully transform such reservoirs.To solve this problem,the fracturing fluid system has been optimized,static string hydraulic sand blasting perforation fracturing technology and complex fracture network fracturing technology have been conducted by continuous mixed construction way.The field testing indicated thatΦ73.0 mm N80 externally thickened tubing string structure and 6×Φ6.3 mm combined with 8×Φ5.5 mm nozzles were adopted to grantee smooth perforation and construction under the premise of ensuring the discharge rate of fracturing operation,with an average test yield 15.8265×10^(4)m^(3)/d.The construction displacement of complex fracture network fracturing was 8 m^(3)/min,and the amount of sand was 120 m^(3),which was more than 2 times of conventional fracturing in similar reservoir.Fracture monitoring indicated that apparent volume of fracture generated by complex fracture network fracturing were much larger than that of conventional stratified fracturing with improvement rate of open-flow potential was 57.6%~130.2%.Continuous mixing technology reduces the time of liquid preparation,reduces the loss of fracturing fluid,and improves the construction efficiency.It ensures the smooth progress of these two construction technologies with large liquid and sand content.
