基于树状复杂缝网的致密储层体积压裂裂缝参数优化设计 被引量:4

Optimization design for fractures parameter in volume fracturing of tight reservoirs based on dendroid complicated fracture network

摘要 为了解决水平井体积压裂优化设计时建立的缝网模型较为理想的问题,开展了树状复杂缝网研究。通过建立适用于致密储层的油水两相渗流有限元方程及树状复杂缝网模型,对裂缝密度、裂缝半长、裂缝导流能力进行优化设计及权重分析。通过对比分析确定最优裂缝密度为13条/1000m,最优裂缝半长为190m,最优裂缝导流能力为27D·cm,其中裂缝长度对累计产油量的影响程度最大,裂缝导流能力对累计产油量的影响程度最小。通过建立体积压裂实际形成的缝网形态,利用油藏工程及数值模拟技术完成裂缝参数的优化设计,对体积压裂施工设计具有一定指导意义。 The research of dendroid complicated fracture network was carried out in order to solve the problems of building the relatively ideal fracture network modeling during optimization design of the volume fracturing for horizontal wells.Optimization design and weight analysis of fracture density,fracture half-length and fracture conductivity were carried out through establishing the finite element equation of oil-water two-phase seepage and complicated dendroid fracture network model applicable for tight reservoirs.It is determined through comparative analyses that the optimum fracture density is 13 pcs/1000 m;optimum fracture half-length is 190 m;and optimum fracture conductivity is 27 D·cm,among which the fracture length has the largest impact on the oil production while the fracture conductivity has the smallest impact.It will provide certain guiding significance for volume fracturing operation design through the establishment of real fracture network pattern by volume fracturing and optimization design of fracture parameters with reservoir engineering and numerical simulation technology.
