摘要
为了更好地提高深层气水平井的钻井设计水平,加强钻井设计指导现场施工的科学性和准确性,结合徐深1-平3井的地质分层特征进行了钻井风险分析。通过采用拟合方法对井眼轨道设计与实钻井眼轨迹、钻井计划周期与实钻周期进行了对比分析,并对井下复杂事故进行了原因分析。通过优化技术套管下入深度,采用液动旋冲提速工具,减少了大井眼的造斜长度,提高了造斜段和水平段的机械钻速。徐深1-平3井开发试验为以后深层气水平井钻井设计和钻井施工提供了依据和参考。
In order to improve the well drilling design for deep horizontal gas wells,and to strengthen the scientificity and accuracy of well drilling design on guiding the field operation,the analysis on drilling risk is carried out based on the geological stratification characteristics of Well Xushen 1-ping 3.The comparative analyses have been conducted between the designed wellbore trajectory and the actually drilled trajectory,between the scheduled drilling period and the actual drilling period by the way of fitting approach,and the reason to cause the complicated downhole accidents has been analyzed as well.By optimizing the running depth of protective casing and using hydrodynamic rotary impulse speed-up tools,the deviation length of large wellbore is reduced and the mechanical drilling speed for deviation section and horizontal section is increased.The development pilot test in Well Xushen 1-ping 3 provides a basis and reference for well drilling design and drilling operation for deep horizontal gas wells in the future.
