摘要
结构加固用聚合物砂浆主要用于承重结构的缺陷修补增强,因此对浆体性能、粘结能力等均有较好的质量要求,以丁苯乳液为改性材料提升砂浆的各项性能。研究表明丁苯乳液掺入砂浆中会导致砂浆的体积密度下降,影响砂浆抗压强度,需要添加消泡剂进行优化;28 d抗压强度随聚灰比增加呈现先增加后降低的趋势,在聚灰比为0.10时达到最高,聚灰比为0.15时较基准砂浆下降6.2%,继续增加聚灰比,抗压强度下降明显。在聚灰比为0.15时,砂浆的抗折强度、劈裂抗拉强度、拉伸粘结强度分别提升52.7%、58.8%、150%。
Polymer mortar for structural reinforcement is mainly used to repair and strengthen the defects of load-bearing structures,so it has better quality requirements for slurry properties and bonding ability.Styrene-butadiene emulsion is used as modified material to improve the properties of mortar.The results show that the addition of styrene-butadiene emulsion into mortar will lead to the decrease of the bulk density of mortar and affect the compressive strength of mortar,so it is necessary to add defoamer to optimize it.The compressive strength of 28 days increased first and then decreased with the increase of the ash-aggregate ratio,reaching the highest when the ash-aggregate ratio was 0.10,and decreased by 6.2%compared with the reference mortar when the ash-aggregate ratio was 0.15.The compressive strength decreased obviously with the increase of the ash-aggregate ratio.The flexural strength,splitting tensile strength and tensile bond strength of mortar increased by 52.7%,58.8%and 150%,respectively.
