摘要
近年来,水泥复合砂浆钢筋网面层加固方法被广泛地应用于砌体结构的加固,该方法要求复合砂浆有良好的力学性能。本文通过研究白乳胶胶水掺量和灰砂比对复合砂浆抗折强度、抗压强度及粘结抗拉强度的影响,开发了一种适用于民宅砖墙加固的复合砂浆。试验结果表明,白乳胶胶水掺量为6%、灰砂比为1∶3时,复合砂浆具有相对最佳的力学性能和性价比。
In recent years, ferrocement laminate method is widely used in reinforcing masonry structures. This method requires the composite mortar has good mechanical properties. A new repairing composite mortar that is suitable for residential brick walls was fabricated. The effects of the elements of white latex glue and gray sand ratio on the flexural strength, compressive strength and adhesive tensile strength are investigated in this essay. The results indicate that when the white latex glue used is 6% of the cement quality and the gray sand ratio is 1 : 3, the composite mortar has the best mechanical properties and value for money relatively.
