对拉螺栓锚固钢板加固重组竹梁受弯性能试验研究

摘要 为研究加固重组竹梁受弯状态下的承载力和变形情况,制作了3根破损重组竹梁,对其采用钢板加固后进行二次破坏试验。试验结果表明:加固梁的破坏形态为跨中位置钢板屈曲和跨中附近螺栓被拉断破坏,加固梁各部件拆开后,破损重组竹梁的二次破坏形态不明显;加固梁极限承载力得到了明显提高,提高幅度为64.1%~158.7%,允许扰度值(L/250)对应的承载力也均大于加固前重组竹梁的极限承载力;通过对比加固梁与原重组竹梁的荷载-位移曲线,加固梁的扰度变形始终比原试件缓慢,弯曲刚度明显高于原试件,使用对拉螺栓锚固钢板加固重组竹梁的方法是有效的。对加固梁的抗弯特性进行ABAQUS模拟,分析其在受弯状态下的荷载及变形情况,并与试验结果进行比较分析,发现模拟值与试验值吻合度较高。 In order to study the bearing capacity and deformation of reinforced reconstituted bamboo beams in bending state,three damaged reconstituted bamboo beams were made,and the secondary failure test was carried out after they were strengthened with steel plates.The test results show that the failure mode of the strengthened beam is steel plate buckling in the middle of the span and bolt breaking near the middle of the span.After the parts of the strengthened beam are disassembled,the secondary failure mode of the damaged bamboo beam is not obvious;The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity of the strengthened beams is significantly improved by 64.1%~158.7%,and the bearing capacity corresponding to the allowable disturbance value(L/250)is also greater than that of the reconstituted bamboo beams before reinforcement;by comparing the load displacement curves between the strengthened beam and the original bamboo beam,it is found that the disturbance deformation of the strengthened beam is always slower than that of the original specimen,and the bending stiffness is significantly higher than that of the original specimen.The method of using the split bolt to anchor the steel plate to strengthen the bamboo beam is effective.ABAQUS is used to simulate the bending behavior of the strengthened beam,and the load and deformation of the beam under bending state are analyzed.The results are compared with the test results,and it is found that the simulated values are in good agreement with the test values.
