摘要
在零售商与供应商共担运费成本下,论文构建零售商-TPL-供应商三级农产品供应链利润模型,并对该运费成本共担契约下零售商最优决策和供应链及其成员的最大利润进行分析。研究发现零售商利润随农产品到零售商手中时的新鲜度的增加而增加。为提高供应链及其各成员的利润,对原三级供应链模型,在采用运费成本共担契约的同时联合使用收益共享契约。而后论文对运费成本共担联合收益共享契约下零售商的最优决策进行刻画,并计算出供应链及其成员的最大利润。在此基础上,结合算例,分析了TPL收益共享比例对零售商最优决策以及零售商和TPL利润的影响,并进行了TPL保鲜水平对供应链及成员利润的影响分析。结果表明:1)随着TPL收益共享比例的增加,零售商最优零售价增加,而其最优订货量减少;2)随着TPL收益共享比例的增加,零售商利润增量减小,而TPL利润增量随之增加;3)供应链及其成员利润均会随着TPL保鲜水平的提高而提高。
With a rapid development in economics,consumers tend to buy agricultural products with higher freshness.To meet the needs of customers and reduce losses,the agricultural products usually will be sold at a reduced price when the freshness of agricultural products is reduced to a certain extent.And they will be perished after a certain time.To keep the freshness of agricultural products,firms usually outsource logistics transportation to the third party logistics service provider(TPL).In practice,the freshness keeping cost is usually much larger than the other transportation costs such as fuel,toll fee,and the transportation charge is often shared by the supplier and the retailer in the agricultural product supply chain.Since freshness is a key factor in the agricultural product supply chain,it is important to improve the freshness of the agricultural products from the perspective of a supply chain view.As a risk-sharing contract,revenue-sharing contract has been extensively investigated in theory and widely used in practice.The aim of this paper is to explore whether the revenue-sharing contract can improve the retailer’s profit,and even the supply chain performance for an agricultural product supply chain.Considering the impact of the TPL’s transportation cost and the freshness of the agricultural products on market demand,we construct a three-echelon agricultural product supply chain composed of a TPL,a retailer,and a supplier,in which the TPL provides logistics service,and the retailer and supplier share the shipping charges.We assume that the freshness of the agricultural products is a function of the freshness keeping level by the TPL,the demand linearly increases in the freshness level and linearly decreases in price.We also assume that the retail price linearly decreases with respect to the freshness level and the freshness keeping cost is a quadratic function in the effort.Starting from the perspective of the retailer,we use game theory and nonlinear optimization theory to study the retailer’s order,
