食品生产许可技术审评质量管理的研究——以福州文审为例 被引量:2

摘要 文中首先阐述了食品生产许可技术审评质量管理研究的紧迫性及开展食品生产许可文审的重要性,其次以文审为切入点,经识别文审风险、归纳文审要点,最后结合ISO 9001质量管理体系,经组织文审策划、实施、检查、处置,探索建立技术审评质量管理的长效机制。 This paper first expounds the urgency of the research on the quality management of the technical reviews of food production licenses,and the importance of carrying out documented reviews of food production licenses.It then takes the document review as the breakthrough point,identifies the risk of the document review,and summarizes the key points of the document review.Finally,combined with ISO 9001 quality management system,through the organization of document review planning,implementation,inspection and disposal,the paper explores the establishment of a long-term quality management mechanism of technical reviews.
