摘要
劳动教育是苏霍姆林斯基教育理论中极其重要的方面。苏霍姆林斯基既汲取了马克思主义经典作家有关劳动理论的精华,又批判地继承了马卡连柯劳动教育思想,在其几十年的教育实践基础之上,发展形成了他极具新意的劳动教育思想。苏霍姆林斯基劳动教育思想对新时代加强劳动教育具有重要的启示:即坚持五育并举;手脑深度融合,进行创造性劳动;构建良好环境,家校社协同劳育;发挥榜样作用,弘扬劳模精神;注重学科渗透。
Labor education is the important aspect of Sukhomlinsky's educational theory.He absorbed the essence of labor theory from the classical Marxist writers,and at the same time inherited critically Makarenko's labor education thought.Based on his educational practice,he formed the innovative labor education thought.It is of great significance to the labor education in the new era,including the integration of five-aspect education,deep combination of brain and hand,innovative labor,construction of good environment,the home-school collaboration,the function of examples,and attention to the discipline penetration.
