桑色素荧光分光光度法测定保健饮料中的锗 被引量:2

摘要 建立用桑色素-荧光分光光度法高效测定保健饮料中锗含量的分析方法。试样采用干灰化法进行前处理,在pH 1.2的酸性条件下锗与桑色素形成稳定荧光络合物,用荧光光度计检测其荧光强度计算锗含量。锗离子在0.0mg/L~5.0mg/L质量浓度范围内与荧光强度呈线性相关,相关系数为0.9991;方法检出限为4.53×10^(-3)mg/kg;在0.20、0.60、1.50mg/L三个添加浓度水平下,平均回收率为91.35%~98.37%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=3)为1.94%~2.82%。该方法操作简便快捷,测定结果准确,灵敏度高,适用于保健饮料中锗含量的测定。 An effective method for the determination of germanium in health drinks with morin by fluorescence spectrophotometry.Samples were pretreated by dry ashing method,and a chelating complex was formed by adding morin solution with germanium in pH1.2 acidic conditions.The fluorescence of morin-germanium chelating complexes was measured to deduct the germanium levels accordingly.The concentration of germanium ion in the range of 0.0mg/L~5.0mg/L has a linear relationship with fluorescence intensity(r=0.9991).The detection limit was 4.53×10^(-3)mg/kg.At the concentration addition levels of 0.20mg/L,0.60mg/L and 1.50mg/L,the average recoveries were 91.35%~98.37%,with the RSD(n=3)of 1.94%~2.82%.The method is simple,quick,accurate and sensitive.It is suitable for the determination of germanium content in health drinks.
