摘要
建立热脱附-气相色谱法同时测定跑道中总挥发性有机化合物和二硫化碳的方法。采用热脱附和带检测器分流系统的气相色谱,SHIMADZU SH-Rtx-5作为色谱柱,对程序升温、分流比等参数进行优化。研究表明:本实验中挥发性有机化合物分离良好,9种挥发性有机化合物和二硫化碳在0. 2 ug^(-1)ug浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数R> 0. 99,方法检出限均低于0. 03 mg/(m^(2)·h),回收率在91%-107%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5%。本方法简便快捷,结果准确可靠。
A thermal desorption-gas chromatography method for simultaneous determination of total volatile organic compounds and carbon disulfide emission from the plastic track was established.The parameters,such as temperature-programmed route and diffluence ratio,were optimized by using a gas chromatography with thermal desorption and detector shunting system on shimadzu SH-Rtx-5.The results showed that the separation of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)was good,nine kinds of VOCs and carbon disulfide had good linearity in the concentration range of 0.2 ug^(-1) ug with correlation coefficient greater than 0.99,the detection limit of the method was less than 0.03 mg/(m^(2)·h),the recovery for real samples ranged from 91%to 107%with the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were less than 5%.The method was simple,rapid,accurate and reliable.
