摘要
针织横机的效率对针织行业具有重要意义。最新的横机针织技术的发展通过编织完全成形的、形状和尺寸精确的织物面板,提高了生产效率。本文设计的新型线筒快装式的针织横机不仅具备多条走针道,所需补充完成编织的辅助机械装置少,且整机结构紧凑,机械部件减少,电气部分增加,这样保证机器稳定性、可靠性,通过三角改变,原用精密丝杆传动扒手手臂、扒手等部件省去,使整机成本下降35%,机械运动部件减少,噪声降低,维修方便。
The efficiency of flat knitting machines is of great significance to the knitting industry.The latest developments in flat knitting technology have improved production efficiency by weaving fully formed fabric panels with precise shapes and sizes.The new-type bobbin fast-loading flat knitting machine designed in this paper not only has multiple needle paths,but also requires fewer auxiliary mechanical devices to complete the knitting.The whole machine has a compact structure,reduced mechanical parts,and increased electrical parts,so as to ensure the stability of the machine.Performance,reliability,through the triangle change,the original precision screw drive pickpocket arm,pickpocket and other components are omitted,so that the cost of the whole machine is reduced by 35%,the mechanical moving parts are reduced,the noise is reduced,and the maintenance is convenient.
