摘要
某小型SUV在急加速时车内有明显的增压器涡轮Hiss噪声。通过对中冷管(靠近涡轮侧)近场5cm处噪声测试,确定涡轮Hiss噪声由中冷管壳体辐射传播,锁定问题频段。对此频率段噪声进行压后宽频消声器设计并验证。结果表明,增加相应频段(1600~2600)Hz的压后宽频消声器后涡轮Hiss噪声降低明显,且主观评价从5.5分提升到7分。
A small SUV has obvious supercharger turbo Hhiss noise in the car during rapid acceleration.Through the noise test of the intercooler tube(near the turbine side)5cm in the near field,it is determined that the turbine hiss noise is radiated by the intercooler tube shell,and the problem frequency band is locked to design and verify the post-compression broadband muffler for this frequency band noise.The results show that the turbo hiss noise is significantly reduced after increasing the compression broadband muffler of the corresponding frequency band(1600~2600)Hz,and the subjective evaluation is improved from 5.5 to 7 points.
