摘要
随着我国经济不断发展,各行各业的竞争日益激烈。企业的竞争实则为人才的竞争,目前企业对人力资源的优化配置形成了科学的认知。过往企业管理过程中,对员工的激励方式进行了一系列调整,但是就实际效果来看,仍存在较大的改善空间。对此,企业应加强对激励理论的应用实践,并在实践过程中加强创新,结合具体问题及时制定针对性策略,提高员工的工作积极性,使企业员工的优势得以全面发挥,在促进企业长效发展的同时,能够实现员工的个人价值。本文简述了企业激励理论的含义,随即明确了在我国企业管理中采用激励理论的重要意义及内容,针对激励理论的应用策略展开一系列研究,希望能为我国各行业企业的健康、稳定发展提供一定的参考价值。
With the continuous development of China’s economy,the competition among enterprises in various industries is more intense.In fact,the competition of enterprises is the competition of talents.At present,enterprises have formed a scientific cognition of optimal allocation of human resources.In the process of enterprise management in the past,the incentive mode of employees has been adjusted,but in terms of actual effect,there is still a large room for improvement.In this regard,enterprises should strengthen the application of incentive theory,and boost innovation in the process of practice,combined with specific problems to formulate timely targeted strategies,improve the enthusiasm of employees,so that the advantages of employees can be fully played,while in the process of promoting the long-term development of enterprises it can realize the personal value of employees.This paper briefly describes the meaning of enterprise incentive theory,and then makes clear the significance and content of using incentive theory in China's enterprise management.A series of studies on the application strategy of incentive theory are carried out,hoping to provide certain reference value for the healthy and stable development of enterprises in various industries in China.
