悬吊核心运动训练对腰椎间盘突出症患者多裂肌形态的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨悬吊核心运动训练对比传统核心训练对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰部多裂肌形态的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2021年3月在广州市番禺区中心医院康复科门诊收治的60例腰椎间盘突出症患者,采用随机数字表法分为悬吊核心训练组(治疗组)和传统核心训练组(对照组),每组各30例。两组均予以药物、理疗、针灸等常规治疗,治疗组给予悬吊核心运动训练,对照组给予传统核心训练,每日1次,每次30 min,每周6次,连续4周。于治疗前、治疗4周后对患者腰部多裂肌前后径、横径、横截面积进行测量。结果经4周治疗后两组患者多裂肌前后径、横截面积均较治疗前增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而多裂肌横径与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后组间多裂肌前后径、横截面积比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组治疗后组间多裂肌横径比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经过4周的核心训练后患者多裂肌的厚度和横截面积较治疗前明显增加,而且治疗组多裂肌厚度和横截面积增加较对照组更加明显,说明悬吊核心运动训练对多裂肌形态的改善更优于传统核心训练,是一种更有效的训练方式。 Objective To explore the effect of sling exercise therapy compared with traditional core training on the morphology of lumbar multifidus muscle in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation,admitted to the outpatient clinic of the Department of Rehabilitation of Panyu District Central Hospital in Guangzhou City from June 2018 and March 2021 were selected and divided into two groups with the random number table method:the sling exercise therapy group(the treatment group)and the traditional core training group(the control group),with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with drugs,physiotherapy,acupuncture and other conventional treatments.The treatment group was given suspension training and the control group was given traditional core training once a day for 30 min,6 times a week for 4 weeks.The anterior-posterior diameter,transverse diameter and cross-sectional area of the lumbar multifidus muscle of were measured before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the anterior-posterior diameter and cross-sectional area of the multifidus muscle increased in both groups compared with those before treatment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in the crosssectional diameter of the multifidus muscle compared with that before treatment(P>0.05).The differences in the anteriorposterior diameter and cross-sectional area of the multifidus muscle between the two groups after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the difference in the cross-sectional diameter of the multifidus muscle between the 2 groups after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion After 4 weeks of core training,the thickness and crosssectional muscle of the multifidus muscle increased significantly compared with those before treatment,and the increase in the thickness and cross-sectional muscle of the multifidus muscle in the treatment group was more o
