摘要
目的观察黄芎抗栓胶囊联合运动康复机对急性脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和胱抑素(CysC)水平以及肢体功能的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月安徽中医药大学第一附属医院老年病中心脑病科收治的急性脑梗死患者111例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=53)与观察组(n=58)。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用黄芎抗栓胶囊联合运动康复机治疗,两组治疗疗程均为4周。比较两组治疗前后血清Hcy和CysC水平变化、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分和日常生活活动量表(Barthel)指数以及临床疗效。结果治疗后两组患者血清Hcy和CysC水平均低于治疗前,观察组治疗后血清Hcy和CysC水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后两组NIHSS评分均低于治疗前,Barthel指数高于治疗前(P<0.01);观察组治疗后NIHSS评分低于对照组,Barthel指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组治疗后临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄芎抗栓胶囊联合运动康复机治疗急性脑梗死可降低患者血清Hcy和CysC水平,并且能够改善患者偏瘫侧肢体功能。
Objective To observe the effect of Huangxiong Kangshuan Capsules combined with exercise rehabilitation equipment on serum homocysteine(Hcy)and cystatin C(CysC)levels and limb function in hemiplegic patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 111 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the Department of Brain Disease in the Geriatrics Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group(n=53)and the observation group(n=58).The control group was given conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with Huangxiong Kangshuan Capsules combined with exercise rehabilitation equipment on the basis of conventional treatment.The treatment course of the two groups was 4 weeks.The changes of serum Hcy and CysC levels,NIHSS score and Barthel index and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the serum Hcy and CysC levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the serum Hcy and CysC levels of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the Barthel index was higher than that before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Barthel index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).The total clinical effective rate after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangxiong Kangshuan Capsules combined with exercise rehabilitation equipment in treating patients with acute cerebral infarction can reduce the serum Hcy and CysC l
