摘要
目的观察百令胶囊结合缬沙坦对慢性肾小球肾炎患者肾保护作用及细胞免疫功能的影响。方法选择2017年9月—2019年10月医院收治的慢性肾小球肾炎患者300例,依据随机对照法将患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组150例。对照组口服缬沙坦分散片治疗,160 mg/次,1次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,口服百令胶囊治疗,4粒/次,3次/d。两组均以3个月为1个治疗周期。比较两组治疗疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分变化,比较两组治疗前后血压情况、肾功能指标和免疫指标变化情况。结果治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后夜尿频多、腰膝酸痛、面浮肢肿、疲倦乏力和面色萎黄等中医证候低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)和24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h Upro)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后CD_(4)^(+)和CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)水平高于对照组,CD_(8)^(+)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论百令胶囊结合缬沙坦能有效的纠正慢性肾小球肾炎患者的免疫功能,改善患者的临床症状,保护肾功能,降低尿蛋白水平,促进患者恢复,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To observe the effect of Bailing Capsule(百令胶囊) combined with valsartan on renal protection and cellular immune function in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods A total of 300 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to October 2019 were selected and divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the randomized control method, with 150 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Valsartan Dispersible Tablets(160 mg/time, 1 time/day). In the treatment group, on the basis of the treatment in the control group, Bailing Capsule was taken orally for treatment(4 capsules/time, 3 times/day). The treatment cycle was 3 months for both groups. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. The changes of TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment were compared. The changes of blood pressure, renal function and immune indexes before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the treatment group’s TCM syndrome scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). SBP and DBP in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of BUN, SCr and 24 hUpro were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, CD_(4)^(+) and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+) in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, while CD_(8)^(+) levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Bailing Capsule combined with valsartan can effectively correct the immune function of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis, improve the clinical symptoms, protect the renal function, reduce the level of urine protein and promote the recovery of patients, with high clinical application value.
