摘要 证候本质研究及证候疗效评价研究是当前中医研究的核心及方向。代谢组学关注机体代谢产物的整体性变化,推测机体内部发生的变化,实现了宏观建立患者的代谢物图谱来确定疾病的生物标记物,达到证候诊断及证候疗效评价的目的。近年来代谢组学在疾病及证候本质方面取得了一定成就,但对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, AECOPD)临床常见证候生物标志物筛选研究尚未开展。按照提出的基于代谢组学开展中医证候研究的思路,探索运用代谢组学方法寻找其常见证候生物标志物,并基于方证对应治疗的临床疗效进行生物标志物验证,为从代谢物水平探讨证候本质及证候疗效评价提供思路和方法。 The study of syndrome essence and the evaluation of syndrome efficacy are the core and direction of current traditional Chinese medicine research. Metabolomics pays attention to the overall changes of the body’s metabolites, speculates on the changes within the body, and achieves the macroscopic establishment of the patients’ metabolite map to determine the biomarkers of the disease and achieve the purpose of syndrome diagnosis and evaluation of syndrome efficacy. In recent years, metabolomics has made some achievements in the nature of diseases and syndromes, but the screening of clinical common syndrome biomarkers in the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has not been carried out. According to the idea of developing TCM syndrome research based on metabolomics, the author explored the use of metabolomics to find out its common syndromes biomarkers, and verified the biomarkers based on the clinical efficacy of prescriptions corresponding to syndromes treatment. It provided the ideas and methods to evaluate the syndrome essence and the evaluation of syndrome efficacy from metabolite.
