摘要
氨合成是氨、尿素装置的关键环节。建立了轴流工业催化床氨转化器稳态一维拟均相模型,所设计的转化器是一个垂直的双催化床反应器。对于23.8%的一次转化,共需要22.5 m催化剂床层,压力容器壁厚112 mm,压头厚度62 mm。选择裙撑,厚度计算为12 mm。将优化后的模型参数与实际工厂数据进行了比较,获得了较满意的结果。
Ammonia synthesis is the key link of ammonia and urea plant. The steady-state one-dimensional quasi homogeneous model of axial-flow industrial catalytic bed ammonia converter is established. The designed converter is a vertical double catalytic bed reactor. For 23.8% primary conversion, a total of 22.5 m catalyst bed, 112 mm pressure vessel wall thickness and 62 mm pressure head thickness are required.The thickness is calculated as 12 mm. The optimized model parameters are compared with the actual plant data, and satisfactory results are obtained.
