单箱双室变厚翼板CSW简支箱梁剪滞剪切效应 被引量:2

摘要 以单箱双室翼板变厚度的波形钢腹板箱梁为研究对象,按照波形钢腹板箱梁的独有结构特点,通过变分法的最小势能原理,建立单箱双室翼板变厚度的波形钢腹板箱梁在考虑剪滞效应和剪切变形双重效应下的控制微分方程并进行推导求解。选用满足轴向剪滞翘曲应力自平衡的二次抛物线定义翼板纵向位移差函数,在满跨均布荷载和集中荷载分别作用下,计算得到单箱双室翼板变厚度的波形钢腹板箱梁的截面应力理论值,并与三维有限元值进行对比分析。研究结果表明:按照本文方法计算得到的结果与有限元分析值吻合良好,验证了本文计算方法的正确性;利用本文按变翼缘厚度计算与按等厚度简化计算的结果相比,最大误差可减少33%,说明按照翼板变厚度进行剪滞效应分析可以得到更为准确的结果。 The corrugated steel web box girder with variable thickness of single-box and double-cell wing plate was studied in this paper,according to the unique structural characteristics of corrugated steel web box girder,by means of the minimum potential energy principle of the variational method,the governing differential equation of corrugated steel web box girder with variable thickness of single-box and double-cell wing plate was established and solved by considering the shear lag effect and shear deformation effect.The longitudinal displacement difference function of the wing plate was defined by the quadratic parabola which satisfies the self-equilibrium of the axial shear lag and warping stress,under the action of uniformly distributed load and concentrated load at full span,the theoretical value of section stress of corrugated steel web box girder with variable thickness of single-box and double-cell wing plate was calculated,the results were compared with the three-dimensional finite element analysis.The results show that:The results obtained by this method are in good agreement with the finite element analysis,the correctness of the method is verified;A comparison is made between the results calculated by variable flange thickness and simplified by equal thickness,the maximum error can be reduced by 33%,it shows that more accurate results can be obtained when the shear lag effect is analyzed according to the variable thickness of the wing.
