摘要
为解决焦化厂焦炉烟道气排放带了环境污染的同时也导致热能浪费的问题,以山西焦化集团为例在对其烟道气主要成分和公司目前生产存在问题分析的基础上,提出通过对焦炉烟道气余热回收解决能耗大、产量增产空间大的问题;并针对性的提出烟道气余热回收方案及具体实施路径,最后对烟道气余热回收方案应用的效果验证。
In order to solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by coke oven flue gas emission in coking plant, taking Shanxi Coking Group as an example, based on the analysis of the main components of its flue gas and the existing problems in current production of the company, this paper proposed to solve the problems of high energy consumption and large space for output increase through waste heat recovery of coke oven flue gas. And it put forward the flue gas waste heat recovery scheme and specific implementation path, and finally verified the application effect of the flue gas waste heat recovery scheme.
