摘要 以熔盐合成法合成主晶相为六方ZnTiO_(3)、颗粒球形度好、粒度细且分布均匀、烧结活性高的六方ZnTiO_(3)陶瓷粉体。研究了熔盐成分、熔盐与原料配比、氧化物掺杂等对粉体相结构及其稳定性的影响。获得熔盐法低温合成纯六方相ZnTiO_(3)粉体的最佳工艺参数。 In this study,the main crystalline phase is hexagonal ZnTiO_(3) synthesized by the molten salt synthesis method.Hexagonal ZnTiO_(3) ceramic powder with good sphericity,f ine particle size and uniform distribution,and high sintering activity.The effects of molten salt composition,molten salt and raw material ratio,oxide doping,etc.on the powder phase structure and its stability were studied.The best process parameters for low-temperature synthesis of pure hexagonal ZnTiO_(3) powder by molten salt method were obtained.
