摘要 本文引入与节能效果密切相关的几个重要设计变量,并经过多案例的理论计算和对比分析得出:当补能容积占比较高,且其他设计变量搭配合适时,基于蓄能器和增压缸的节能型高节拍液压机控制技术无论是与传统液压控制技术相比,还是与直供式伺服电机控制系统相比,在节能降耗方面都具有非常明显的优势。当节能型高节拍液压机也使用伺服电机驱动时,其节能数据又略有上升,并呈现出更强的实用性。 Several important design variables closely related to energy-saving effects have been introduced in the text.After theoretical calculation and comparative analysis of many cases,it is shown that when the supplementary energy volume is relatively high and other design variables are properly matched,the energy-saving high-speed hydraulic press control technology based on the accumulator and the booster cylinder has obvious advantages in energy saving and consumption reduction no matter whether it is compared with the traditional hydraulic control technology nor direct-supply servo motor control system.When the energy-saving high-speed hydraulic press is also driven by a servo motor,its energy-saving data rises slightly,which shows stronger practicability.
