摘要 推出一种有所创新的液压机控制技术,通过强化储能回路,实现了更快的设备公称力压制速度,更高的工作节拍。实现了主电机装机功率锐减。使设备耗电量比传统的快速液压机有大幅缩减,达到了伺服电机的节能水平,并有所超越。文章通过理论计算,对所选择的三个案例、九种产品进行了分析比较。涉及内容包括:设备技术参数、工艺动作曲线、主电机装机功率、油箱容积、年耗电量、用电量节约百分比、经济效益等。 An innovative hydraulic press control technology has been put forward.By strengthening the energy storage circuit,a faster equipment nominal force suppression speed and a higher working cycle have been achieved.The installed power of the main motor has been sharply reduced.The power consumption of the equipment has been greatly reduced by comparing with the traditional fast hydraulic press,reaching the energy-saving level of the servo motor and surpassing it.Through theoretical calculations,the three selected cases and nine products have been analyzed and compared in the text.The content involved includes:equipment technical parameters,process action curve,main motor installed power,fuel tank volume,annual power consumption,power saving percentage,economic benefits,etc.
