摘要
大型商业综合体因其体量大、结构复杂、商业业态多、火灾危险性大等特点引起消防安全监管部门高度重视,持续开展了一系列专项治理工作。本文通过对大量综合体的实地调研,总结归纳了综合体消防安全管理和风险管控方面存在的突出问题,提出了针对性工作措施。
Large-scale commercial complex has arisen great importance by fire protection agencies for its large scale,complex structure,various business modes and high fire hazards,and a series of special projects to cope with these problems have been put in places.By carrying out field researches to a large amount of complexes,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the current fire safety management and risk control in these places,and puts forward targeted measures.
