氟氯氰菊酯在大棚和露地油麦菜上的残留消解及风险评估 被引量:2

The Decline and Risk Assessment of Cyfluthrin Residues in Lettuce Under Field and Greenhouse Conditions

摘要 为评估油麦菜中氟氯氰菊酯的残留水平和可能存在的膳食摄入风险,本研究采用气相色谱法分析测定了氟氯氰菊酯在露地和大棚两种种植模式下油麦菜的残留和消解动态,并结合我国膳食结构中深色蔬菜进行了风险评估。结果表明:在0.010~1.0mg/L范围内氟氯氰菊酯的质量浓度与响应之间有良好的线性关系,R 2>0.99。在0.010、0.10、1.0和5.0mg/kg添加水平下,氟氯氰菊酯在油麦菜中的平均回收率在93%~105%范围内,RSD为3.1%~9.7%,定量限为0.01mg/kg。采收间隔期为3d时,氟氯氰菊酯在露地油麦菜中残留中值为0.76mg/kg,在大棚中的为1.5mg/kg。根据我国不同人群膳食结构中对深色蔬菜进行的风险评估,得出氟氯氰菊酯在油麦菜中的长期摄入风险商在4.56%~10.33%范围内,而短期膳食摄入风险值中国1~6岁儿童在58.5%~299.5%范围内,普通人群在15.1%~77.1%范围内。油麦菜中的氟氯氰菊酯对普通人群不会产生不可接受的膳食风险,但对1~6岁儿童短期膳食摄入风险还需更加深入的研究。 To evaluate the dissipation and residues of cyfluthrin in lettuce under bothopen field or greenhouse conditions,an analytical method based on GC was developed.Combined with the data of the dark vegetables in dietary consumption,the risk assessment of cyfluthrin was conducted.The results showed that the correlation coefficients of calibration curves were over 0.99 in the range of 0.010~1.0mg/L.At the spiked levels of 0.010,0.10,1.0 and 5.0mg/kg,the average recoveries of cyfluthrin in lettuce were 93%~105%,with the relative standard deviation(RSD)of 3.1%~9.7%.The limit of quantitation(LOQ)of cyfluthrin was 0.01mg/kg.After 3d of the last application,the median residues of cyfluthrin in lettuce under open field and greenhouse conditions were 0.76mg/kg and 1.5mg/kg,respectively.Combined with the data of the dark vegetables in dietary structure of different populations,the daily intake risk quotient of cyfluthrin was in the range of 4.56%~10.33%.The risk of acute dietary intake was in the range of 58.5%~299.5%for Chinese children aged 1~6 years and was in the range of 15.1%~77.1%for the general population.The results indicated that it would not cause unacceptable risk to the general population,but a further risk study was needed for children aged 1~6 years.
