摘要
目的了解重庆市介入放射工作人员的职业健康状况,发现职业健康问题,提出有针对性的解决方法,为国家制定相关法律法规和卫生标准等提供科学参考依据。方法 2019年1月1日-12月31日,对重庆市医疗机构1 052名放射工作人员进行职业健康检查[诊断放射学组(普放组)719人,介入放射学组333人],健康检查资料采用SPSS 21.0软件进行分析。结果健康检查结果显示,介入组心电图异常率(4.20%)低于普放组(8.07%),白细胞异常率(10.51%)、血小板异常率(7.51%)、微核异常率(1.50%)均高于普放组(分别为5.56%、3.76%、0.28%),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组间眼科和染色体畸变率比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),但介入组异常检出率明显高于普放组;B超、尿常规、肝功能等指标差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论长时间接触电离辐射,介入放射工作人员存在一定的职业健康风险,需要重点关注;建议用人单位予以重视,采取必要措施,保护介入放射工作人员的身体健康。
Objective To understand the occupational health status of interventional radiology workers in Chongqing,find out occupational health problems,put forward targeted solutions,and provide scientific reference for the state to formulate relevant laws and regulations and health standards. Methods From January 1,2019 to December 31,2019,1 052 radiation workers in medical institutions under the jurisdiction of Chongqing municipality were given occupational health examination(719 in the general radiotherapy group and 333 in the intervention group). The data of physical examination results were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 software. Results The physical examination results showed that the abnormal rate of electrocardiogram in the the interventional therapy group(4.20%)was lower than that in the general radiotherapy group(8.07%),while the abnormal rate of white blood cells(10.51%),the abnormal rate of platelet(7.51%)and the micronucleus abnormality rate(1.50%)in the the interventiona l therapy group were higher than those in the general radiotherapy group(5.56%,3.76%,0.28%),and the differences were statistically significant(all P <0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in the abnormal rate of ophthalmology and the chromosome aberration rate between the two groups(both P>0.05),but the abnormal detection rate of the interventional therapy group was significantly higher than that of the general radiotherapy group. There were no statistically significant differences in B-ultrasound,urine routine,liver function and other indicators(all P>0.05). Conclusion There are certain occupational health risks associated with prolonged exposure to ionizing radiation for interventional radiology workers,which require special attention. It is suggested that employers should pay attention to it and take necessary measures to protect the health of the workers involved in interventional radiology.
