摘要
目的了解惠州市大亚湾区噪声作业工人职业健康状况,为监管部门和用人单位的职业病防治工作提供参考依据。方法收集2019年在惠州市职业病防治院进行健康检查的大亚湾区企业噪声作业工人在岗期间的职业健康检查结果,并对数据进行分析。结果 7 582名噪声作业工人血压、心电图和电测听异常检出率分别为22.99%、4.92%和5.70%,不同性别、年龄、工龄、接触情况和企业规模的血压异常检出率比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同性别、接触情况的心电图异常检出率比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),不同年龄、工龄和企业规模的企业工人心电图异常检出率比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同性别、年龄、工龄和企业规模的企业工人电测听异常检出率比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),接触情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论惠州市大亚湾区噪声作业工人职业健康状况不容乐观,监督管理部门、用人单位和劳动者三方必须高度重视,及时采取措施以提高噪声作业人员的职业健康水平。
Objective To understand the occupational health status of noise-exposed workers in Daya Bay District of Huizhou City,provide reference for the prevention and control of occupational diseases by regulatory authorities and employers. Methods The occupational health examination results of the noise-exposed workers in enterprises of Daya Bay District,who received the occupational health examination in the Huizhou Prevention and Treatment Hospital for Occupational Diseases in 2019,were collected and analyzed. Results The abnormal detection rate of blood pressure,electrocardiogram and electrical audiometry of7 582 noise-exposed workers was 22.99%,4.92% and 5.70%,respectively. The differences in the detection rate of abnormal blood pressure were statistically significant among different groups in gender,age,working age,exposure status and enterprise size(all P <0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in the detection rate of abnormal electrocardiogram among different groups in gender and exposure status(all P>0.05). The differences in the detection rate of abnormal electrocardiogram were statistically significant among different groups in age,working age and enterprise size(all P<0.05). The differences in the detection rate of abnormal electrical audiometry were statistically significant among different groups in gender,age,working age and enterprise size(all P<0.05),while the difference was not statistically significant among different groups in exposure status(P>0.05).Conclusion The occupational health of noise-exposed workers in Daya Bay District of Huizhou City is not optimistic. The supervision and management departments,employers and workers must pay great attention to,and take timely measures to improve the occupational health of noise-exposed workers.
