摘要
返乡新生代农民工是推进乡村振兴的重要力量,对其进行职业培训成为促进乡村产业振兴、人才振兴和文化振兴的有力抓手。当下,返乡新生代农民工职业培训存在着课程内容针对性不强、教学方法适切性不够、创业培训师资较薄弱、心理咨询活动较欠缺以及跟踪教育服务不到位等问题。在今后的发展中,返乡新生代农民工职业培训应着重从合理设置特色课程、采取灵活教学方法、发展创业教师队伍、增强心理咨询服务和完善训后指导体系等方面进行创新实践。
The new generation of migrant workers returning home is an important force to promote rural revitalization.Vocational training has become a powerful starting point to promote rural industrial revitalization,talent revitalization and cultural revitalization.At present,there are some problems in the vocational training of the new generation of migrant workers returning home,such as the lack of pertinence of curriculum content,the lack of appropriateness of teaching methods,the weakness of entrepreneurship training teachers,the lack of psychological counseling activities,and the lack of follow-up education services.In the future development,the vocational training of the new generation of migrant workers returning home should focus on innovative practice from the aspects of reasonable setting of characteristic courses,adopting flexible teaching methods,developing entrepreneurial teachers,enhancing psychological counseling services and improving the post training guidance system.
