摘要
中小型松香改性酚醛树脂厂废水具有产生量少、可生化性差、水量水质波动较大的特点,为处理此类废水,采用碱法回流-常压蒸发-芬顿试剂氧化-Ca(ClO)_(2)脱色的组合工艺。考察了碱法回流pH值、芬顿氧化工艺条件、投加Ca(ClO)_(2)对废水处理效果的影响。结果表明,废水pH值为8时回流3 h,蒸发并收集冷凝废水,再调节冷凝废水pH值为4,分批投加9000 mg/L的H_(2)O_(2)与3000 mg/L的FeSO_(4)·7H2O,最后投加2000 mg/L的Ca(ClO)_(2)后,出水COD的质量浓度为45 mg/L,pH值为8~9,色度为4倍,溶解性无机盐的质量浓度为1800 mg/L。废水经处理后,满足回用要求。
Wastewater discharged from small and medium-sized rosin modified phenolic resin plant is characterized by small quantity,poor biodegradability,large quality and quantity fluctuation,and so on.Using a combined process of alkaline reflux-atmospheric evaporation-Fenton reagent oxidation-Ca(ClO)_(2) decolorization to treat rosin modified phenolic resin wastewater,the influence of alkaline reflux pH value,Fenton oxidation process condition,and Ca(ClO)_(2) dosage on the treatment effect were investigated.The results showed that,after 3 hours of reflux at pH value of 8,the condensate wastewater was evaporated and collected,adjusting condensate wastewater pH value to 4,then,dosing 9000 mg/L of H_(2)O_(2) and 3000 mg/L of FeSO_(4)·7H2O in batches,and adding 2000 mg/L of Ca(ClO)_(2) finally,the mass concentrations of COD and soluble inorganic salt in the effluent water were 45 and 1800 mg/L respectively,the pH value was 8-9,the chroma was 4 times,which indicated that,the effluent water quality met the reuse requirement.
