摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,建设项目数量在不断增加,建设项目环境影响评价与当地投资、项目建设和经济发展息息相关,是社会各界广泛关注的内容。虽然我国环境影响评价审批取得了长足的发展,但是在实际工作中,仍然存在一些不合理的地方,无法达到相应的标准,降低了审批效率。本文针对目前环境影响评价审批存在的问题提出了一些建议,对提高环境影响评价审批的效率有一定的研究意义。
With the rapid development of China’s economy, the number of construction projects is also increasing. The environmental impact assessment of construction projects is closely related to local investment, project construction and economic development, and is a content of widespread concern from all walks of life.Although the approval of environmental impact assessment has made great progress, in the actual work, there are still some unreasonable places, which cannot meet the corresponding standards,and reduce the efficiency of the approval. In view of the problems existing in the current eia approval system, this paper puts forward some suggestions, which is of certain research significance to improve the efficiency of EIA approval.
