青年教师教学基本功比赛在三级非直属附属医院中的实践及总结 被引量:1

Practice and summary of basic teaching skill competition among young teachers in indirectly affiliated hospital

摘要 目的探讨青年教师教学基本功比赛(以下简称“青教赛”)工作的开展对非直属附属医院教学工作的促进作用。方法2019年7月至11月,选取95名参赛教师和71名临床科室教学管理人员作为研究对象,自行设计调查问卷,了解理想和现实的教学时间占比分布情况,青教赛对个人、科室和医院整体教学水平贡献值以及提升整体教学水平的建议等。采用Stata统计学软件进行数据分析。结果90.1%的教学管理人员对青教赛持支持态度,大多数科室在赛前对选手进行了指导。超过72%的参赛教师认为教学意识、教学手段、教学技巧均有提高,平时的授课方式仍以理论知识传授为主,赛后学生参与度较高的病例讨论、PBL、CBL模式的教学活动明显增多。教学管理人员都认为理想的教学时间占比不应低于10%,理想的教学时间占比顺位为11%~20%、21%~30%、>30%,但实际情况中有12.7%的教学管理人员认为用于教学的时间不超过10%。参赛教师认为理想的教学时间占比顺位为11%~20%、21%~30%、≤10%、>30%,对应的人数比例为49.5%、29.5%、13.7%、7.3%,但实际情况中,高达44.2%的参赛教师认为用于教学的时间不超过10%,远远高于对应理想占比的人数比例,仅有1.1%的参赛教师认为实际教学时间占比超过30%。结论各级临床医师及青年教师因医疗及科研的现实情况导致了教学时间被挤压及受限。青教赛作为教师发展平台,提升了教师自身教学能力和医院教学水平。 Objective To explore the effect of basic teaching skill competition in indirectly affiliated hospital.Methods From July to November 2019,a questionnaire was administered to 95 young teachers who had participated in the basic teaching skill competition at our hospital and 71 teaching managers.Ideal and realistic teaching time proportion distribution,youth education competition contributes to the overall teaching level of individuals,departments and hospitals,and suggestions to improve the overall teaching level were investigated.STATA software was used for data analysis.Results Approximately 90.1%of the teaching managers supported the competition,and most departments gave guidance to the participants before the competition.More than 72%of the participating teachers believed that their teaching awareness,methods,and skills had improved.Before the competition,their usual teaching methods focused on teaching theoretical knowledge.After the competition,teaching activities became diverse,for example,more students participated in case discussions,and problem-based learning and case-based learning were increasingly used.Teaching management respondents all believed that teaching time should account for no less than 10%of all time,and the ideal teaching time should account for 11%-20%,followed by 21%-30%and more than 30%.However,12.7%of respondents believed that teachers spent less than 10%of time in teaching activities.The ideal teaching time suggested by the participating teachers was 11%-20%(49.5%of respondents),followed by 21%-30%(29.5%),≤10%(13.7%),and more than 30%(7.3%).However,in reality,44.2%of respondents spent less than 10%of time in teaching,which was far higher than the ideal percentage.Only 1.1%of the respondents actually spent more than 30%of the time in teaching activities.Conclusion Clinicians and young teachers at all levels are squeezed and limited in teaching time due to the reality of medical treatment and scientific research.As a platform for teachers'development,competition can improve teachers'tea
