摘要
慢性牙周炎(CP)是由牙周病原菌群引起的牙齿支持组织的慢性炎症,占牙周炎患者的95%左右,临床表现为牙龈萎缩、牙周附着丧失、牙槽骨吸收等,其中牙槽骨吸收是最具特征的临床表现。牙槽骨吸收是骨代谢平衡过程被破坏的动态最终结局,其主要效应细胞是破骨细胞,而破骨细胞的生成、分化、成熟、激活、凋亡及其与成骨细胞、骨细胞共同作用的过程均需要细胞因子的介导调节。本文就与慢性牙周炎骨吸收过程相关的典型细胞因子作一综述。
Chronic periodontitis(CP)is a chronic inflammation of tooth supporting tissue caused by periodontal pathogens,accounting for about 95%of patients with periodontitis.The clinical manifestations are gingival atrophy,periodontal attachment loss,alveolar bone resorption,and alveolar bone resorption is the most characteristic clinical manifestation.Alveolar bone resorption is the dynamic final outcome of the destruction of bone metabolic balance process,and the main effector cells are osteoclasts.The generation,differentiation,maturation,activation,apoptosis of osteoclasts and their interaction with osteoblasts and bone cells require the mediation and regulation of cytokines.This article reviews the typical cytokines related to bone resorption in chronic periodontitis.
