摘要
应用TOPSlS法对高职人才培养模式的实施效果进行横向综合评价,通过比较不同人才培养模式的优劣程度,可以为育人模式综合评价指标体系的构建提供理论指导和实践支持。采用TOPSIS法从专业素质水平、实践技能水平、产教融合效率、职业核心能力、制度保障水平5个维度,对当前高职5种人才培养模式的实施效果进行综合评价和分析,结果显示订单培养模式的效果最佳,双证书制的效果处于最低水平,各模式间指标评价优劣各异。据此,提出高职人才培养模式优化和创新的对策建议。
The TOPSlS method is applied to evaluate the implementation effect of the talent training mode in higher vocational colleges horizontally.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different talent training modes,theoretical guidance and practical support can be provided for the construction of the comprehensive evaluation index system of the education modes.Meanwhile,by using TOPSIS method in five dimensions of the professional quality level,practical skills,education fusion efficiency,professional core ability,systematical guarantee level,the implementation of five talent training modes are comprehensively evaluated and analyzed.The results show the best is order training mode,and the effect of double-certificate system is at the lowest level among the five,which proves that all modes have their own advantages and disadvantages.According the research-result above,the optimization and innovation of higher vocational talent training modes is put forward.
