摘要
新时代中国女排精神蕴含着竞技体育精神、中华体育精神、时代精神三个层面的内涵,具有振奋民族、振兴时代的重要意义。研究认为排球课程思政的教学设计,在教学目标上,应充分发挥女排精神的德育功能实现教育目标的思政化改革;在教学内容上,应合理融入女排精神来增加教学内容价值性与知识性的统一、理论性与实践性的统一;在教学方法上,从社会需要、教学内容、学生发展、情怀培养的角度探讨了以女排精神为核心价值观的课程思政教学方法。改革的路径为:以体育学院为教学主体,多部门协同育人;加强体育教师课程思政能力的培养和考查;合理构建"学生-教师-教学效果"综合评价机制。
The spirit of Chinese women’s volleyball team in the new era contains the connotation of competitive sports spirit,Chinese sports spirit and the spirit of the times,which is of great significance to invigorate the nation and revitalize the times. The research illustrates that the teaching design of ideological and political education of volleyball should give full play to the moral function of women’s volleyball spirit in terms of teaching objectives,and realize the ideological and political reform of educational objectives. In the teaching content,we should integrate the spirit of women’s volleyball team reasonably to increase the unity of value and knowledge,theory and practice.In terms of teaching methods,this paper discusses the ideological and political teaching method with the spirit of women’s volleyball team as the core value from the perspective of social needs,teaching content,student development and emotional cultivation. The path of reform is as follows: take the Institute of physical education as the main body of teaching to achieve multi department collaborative education;strengthen the cultivation and examination of PE Teachers ’ curriculum ideological and political ability;and construct the comprehensive evaluation mechanism of"student-teacher-teaching effect".
