摘要
目的分析个性化护理干预在女性精神病患者中的应用价值。方法选取2020年4月~2021年4月我院收治的女性精神病患者90例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予个性化护理干预,比较两组患者服药依从性、BPRS评分、IPROS评分及护理满意度。结果观察组患者服药总依从性(97.78%)明显高于对照组(82.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者焦虑忧郁、缺乏活力、思维障碍、敌对猜疑等BPRS评分及BPRS总分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者工作情况、生活能力、社交能力、讲究卫生情况、关心和兴趣评分均明显低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者家属护理总满意度(97.78%)明显高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理干预应用于女性精神病患者中,能有效提高患者的服药依从性,改善患者的精神症状,促进患者康复,提高护理满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application value of personalized nursing intervention in female psychotic patients.Methods A total of 90 cases of female psychotic patients in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given personalized nursing intervention.The medication compliance,BPRS score,IPROS score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total of medication compliance of the observation group(97.78%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.22%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After the intervention,the BPRS scores of anxiety and depression,lack of vitality,thinking disorder,hostility and suspicion and the total score of BPRS in the two groups were lower than before the intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);After the intervention,the scores of working condition,living ability,social ability,paying attention to hygiene,care and interest of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group(97.78%)was significantly higher than that of the control gr oup(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of personalized nursing intervention in female psychotic patients can effectively improve the medication compliance of patients,improve the mental symptoms,promote the rehabilitation of patients,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of popularization and application.
