摘要
目的观察人性化护理在精神分裂症患者中应用的临床效果,探讨提高精神分裂症患者护理水平的措施。方法选择住院精神分裂症患者64例,随机均分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组给予人性化护理措施,上述患者治疗6周后分别采用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)和住院病人护士观察量表(NOSIE-30)进行评分比较。结果治疗6周后,两组患者BPRS评分和NOSIE-30评分比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组。结论在精神分裂症患者的临床护理过程中,应采取人性化护理的方式,可提高临床疗效,缓解精神症状。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of humanism nursing in the schizophrenia patients and research the way to improve the levels of nursing for schizophrenia patients.Methods Sixty four cases schizophrenia patients were chosen in our hospital from February 2010 to May 2011,all patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,the control group was given conventional nursing intervention,the observation group was given humanism nursing,then compared the brief psychiatric rating scale（BPRS） score and the nurses＇ observation scale for inpatient evaluation-30（NOSIE-30） score after 6 weeks＇ treatment.Results There was a statistical significant（P 0.05） in the BPRS score and the NOSIE-30 score after 6 weeks＇ treatment between the two groups,the observation group＇s clinical effect was better than the control group.Conclusion During nursing the schizophrenia patients,we should take the humanism nursing,it can improve the clinical effect and relieve the psychological symptoms.
