摘要
目的分析2型糖尿病患者低血糖发生的原因,并提出护理干预措施。方法选择我院2016年9月至2018年9月接诊的2型糖尿病患者800例。回顾性分析所有患者的临床资料,统计低血糖发生率,探讨2型糖尿病患者低血糖发生的原因,提出预防性护理干预措施。结果经统计发现,在所有患者中发现有53例发生低血糖,低血糖发生率为6.63%;将低血糖组患者与非低血糖组患者进行比较,发现低血糖的发生主要受患者年龄、饮食习惯、及药物等因素的影响,将非低血糖组与低血糖组患者上述因素进行对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经有效护理后,所有患者均康复出院。结论加强对2型糖尿病患者的药物监测、血糖监测以及饮食指导,对降低患者低血糖发生率具有显著的效果,同时可引起患者的高度重视。
Objective To analyze the causes of hypoglycemia in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and put forward nursing interventions.Methods A total of 800 patients with type 2 diabetes from September 2016 to September 2018 were selected.Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of all patients,statistics of hypoglycemia incidence,to explore the causes of hypoglycemia in type 2 diabetes patients,put forward preventive nursing interventions.Results According to statistics,53 cases of hypoglycemia were found in all patients,the incidence of hypoglycemia was 6.63%.Comparing the patients in hypoglycemia group with those in non hypoglycemia group,it was found that the causes of hypoglycemia were mainly affected by the age of patients,eating habits,drugs and other factors.Comparing the factors in non hypoglycemia group with those in hypoglycemia group,the data difference was p The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,and all the patients recovered and discharged after effective nursing service.Conclusion Strengthening the drug monitoring,blood glucose monitoring and diet guidance for patients with type 2 diabetes has a significant effect on reducing the incidence of hypoglycemia,which can also attract the attention of patients.
