摘要
目的探讨重症监护病房(PICU)大便失禁性皮炎患儿实施标准化护理流程的干预价值。方法回顾性分析从2021年1月至2021年8月入住我院PICU的患儿中选取大小便失禁且有失禁性皮炎发生风险的136例患儿纳入本研究,视患儿入住PICU时间先后分为对照组(67例,实施常规护理流程)和干预组(69例,实施标准化护理流程),比较两组发生失禁性皮炎的概率、严重程度、皮肤清洁及换药次数、日平均护理时间、失禁性皮炎持续时间。结果对照组共有12例(17.91%)出现失禁性皮炎,干预组共有4例(5.80%)出现失禁性皮炎,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组皮肤清洁及换药次数、日平均护理时间、失禁性皮炎持续时间均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对PICU大小便失禁患儿实施标准化护理流程不仅能有效预防和降低其发生失禁性皮炎的风险及严重程度,还能缩短患儿症状持续时间,节约护理时间,减少护理工作量,提高护理工作效率,对医患双方均有积极的意义。
Objective To explore the intervention value of implementing standardized nursing procedures in children with PICU fecal incontinence dermatitis.Methods Retrospective analysis from January 2021 to August 2021,136 patients with urinary incontinence and risk of incontinent dermatitis were selected from the PICU patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to August 2021.The patients were divided into control groups(67 patients,the implementation of conventional nursing procedures)and the intervention group(69 cases,the implementation of standardized nursing procedures)according to the time of admission to PICU,compared the probability,severity,skin cleansing and dressing changes,average daily nursing time,and duration of incontinent dermatitis in the two groups.Results A total of 12 cases(17.91%)of incontinent dermatitis occurred in the control group,and a total of 4 cases(5.80%)of incontinent dermatitis occurred in the intervention group,with significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).The two groups were compared in terms of skin cleansing and dressing changes,average daily care time,and duration of incontinent dermatitis,the above indicators of the control group exceeded the intervention group,and there were statistical differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing a standardized nursing process for children with PICU incontinence can not only effectively prevent and reduce the risk and severity of incontinent dermatitis,but also shorten the duration of symptoms in children,save nursing time,reduce nursing workload,and improve nursing care work efficiency is positive for both doctors and patients.
