摘要
目的研究社会医疗保险制度对居民健康的影响,为提高居民生活质量和健康水平提供建议对策。方法利用CGSS2017的数据,运用Ordered Logistic模型,研究社会医疗保险和商业医疗保险对中老年人健康的影响,同时分为城乡样本。结果参加社会医疗保险有利于促进中老年人的健康,商业性医疗保险对自身健康状况无显著影响,在乡村和城镇样本中,性别、收入、最高学历这三个变量存在明显差异。结论社会医疗保险有助于提高居民的健康水平,农村和城镇居民比较分析发现差异,其自身健康状况与农民收入相关。
Objective To study the impact of social medical insurance system on residents'health,and to provide suggestions and countermeasures for improving the quality of life and health of residents.Methods Using the data of CGSS2017 and the Ordered Logistic model,this paper studied the influence of social medical insurance and commercial medical insurance on the health of the middle-aged and elderly population,who were assigned into urban and rural samples.Results Participation in social medical insurance was beneficial to promoting the health of middle-aged and elderly people,while commercial medical insurance had no significant effect on their health.In rural and urban samples,there were significant differences in gender,income and highest level of education.Conclusions Social medical insurance is helpful to improve the health of residents.There is difference between rural and urban residents,and the health status of rural residents is related to their income.
